Who are we ?

Qualifio is a marketing and IT-company, offering platforms and solutions to increase, qualify and monetize digital audiences.

Qualifio is based in Belgium and was founded in May 2010 by internet marketing and IT specialists.

Qualifio Manager, Qualifio's campaign builder, is used by a large number of top digital media brands (newspapers, magazines, TV, radio…) across Europe to animate their web and Facebook communities and collect and qualify profiles. Qualifio Manager was fully developed by Qualifio's own development team and is based on customers' needs for animation and lead collection. Qualifio Manager is used by online journalists, webmasters, community managers, e-marketeers and salespeople within media companies, portals and media/marketing agencies.

Qualifio Manager also offers two extra modules: QM Coregistration and QM CRM.

Olivier Simonis

Business development: Olivier has a solid background in sales, marketing and business development in the media and internet sector. As Marketing and Business Development Director of Rossel (one of the largest media group in Belgium), he contributed to launch and develop leading websites in Belgium and implemented strategies to monetize Rossel's digital assets.

Serge Rappaille

ICT and creative: Serge brings more than 15 years experience in IT and web development, with a solid expertise of programming languages, database and infrastructure. His previous experience includes RMB (one of the largest sales houses in Belgium), where he was responsible for all internet projects, ATOS and Fondation Hergé.
